Description

Bring a beautiful Nordmann Fir Christmas tree into to your home this year with its soft pine needles and gorgeous aroma, a fresh cut Nordman Fir never fails to bring a festive feel to your home.

First grade indicates that this tree has been selected to be top of the range. Factors such as shape, size and density of branches are all taken into account for first grade trees. First grade trees are of superb quality and you can always count on un-netting a quality tree! 

How to care for your tree:

1. Leave Your Tree Outside Until You Are Ready To Bring It Indoors.

When you bring your tree home, simply remove or leave it in it's netting outside. When outside, douse the tree with either a hose or bucket of water to ensure it stays cold and damp until you are ready to bring it indoors.

2. Cut Approximately 3cm Off The Bottom Of The Trunk

Just before you bring your tree indoors, cut approximately 3cm or 1 inch off the bottom of the trunk. This will ensure your tree has a fresh draw for water absorption. Your tree can drink up to 1 litre of water per day, so be sure to have purchased a stand which holds lots of water.

3. Keep Away From Heat Sources

Position your tree away from heat sources such as radiators and open fires. The cooler you are able to keep your Christmas tree the better as it will help with needle retention and keep the tree looking fresh throughout the festive season. 

4. Top Up Your Tree With Water When Needed

Ensuring your tree is topped up with water daily is a key step in prolonging the life of your Christmas tree. As mentioned before, your tree can drink up to a litre of water per day, so be sure to monitor your trees water level throughout the festive season.

Nationwide Shipping

Our Nationwide Shipping service provides shipping on an expanding range of select items across our website. Our shipping aims to delivery your parcel within 2-3 working days of placing your order. For shipping we have a few different delivery options depending on the item/s weight you have ordered:

 Fragile Ceramic Pot Shipping Only:

£9.99 Per Pot.

We won't hide behind a fake 'Free Shipping' and massively inflate our prices to cover the cost of shipping. We want a fair price for quality pots & a fair price to get it to you safely. Shipping will cost this amount per pot as we package each pot individually in most cases with excess packaging to ensure no damage comes to your fragile ceramic pot during transit.  

 

Standard Shipping:

0-5kg = £7.99

5-10kg = £8.99

10-20kg = £12.49

20-25kg = £14.99

25-30kg = £19.99

30kg+ = £24.99

 

Fragile Shipping Explained Further:

We package our ceramic pots & glass with as much packaging as we can in order to avoid damage in transit. Due to the weight of most pots & packaging, we must charge an appropriate amount to cover the cost of organising a 'fragile' delivery. Most courier services offer shipping based on weight which is exactly how we frame our delivery costs.

Costs involved when shipping a fragile item (Ceramic pots):

Shipping box, tape, excess bubble wrap + buffer packaging for extra protection, Shopify payment percentage charge (2%+25p!), time taken to wrap, pack & arrange a courier collection as well as cost of courier collection. 

We aim to offer this service as competitively as possible but we would just like to make you aware of the costs involved when it comes to packaging a fragile item. Thank you for understanding.

Collection & Shipping Times

All items ordered via nationwide shipping are picked and packed as swiftly as we can. From the moment you place your order to when we have picked and packed and arranged a courier is usually about 1 day to organise amongst us. A courier will collect your parcel the next day after being arranged to collect. Shipping is usually around 2-3 working days depending on when you order.

    Refund Policies

    Nationwide Delivery Refund Policy

    We are able to offer refund for items ordered for nationwide delivery provided we are notified within 5 working days of you receiving the goods, the goods need to arrive back to us in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. If you would like to make a return of this nature you the customer have to cover the cost of postage. The parcel must have a tracking number and also be insured.

    Any damage must be reported to us within 24hrs of delivery, by email or phone.

    Otherwise we cannot offer a full refund or a replacement pot.

    We may ask for the damaged items to be returned to us if this is the case postage will be arranged and paid for by us.

    Standard Local Refund Policy

    Plants and or perishables can be returned up to 2 days after they have been purchased. They must be in the exact condition they were purchased in. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Items such as compost, bird food, stones and other goods of the sort can be returned up to 7 days later however proof of purchase must be valid. They must be in the exact condition they were purchased in. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon receiving items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    You may exchange items however the items which are to be returned must adhere to our refund policies. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
