- Shipping ceramic planters requires extra time, care & packaging to ensure they arrive exactly how you would expect them off the shelf.
- Ceramic pots are heavy, fragile and bulky items so please expect a large parcel to arrive from the courier.
- Planters will often be shipped in their own separate boxes which we have found to be the best way to ensure zero breakages when sending heavy and fragile items. However this does mean it is that they will require a higher cost for shipping.

- Please note that because these pots are all hand finished there may be slight variation between size, colour & finish of the pots but this does not constitute damage.
- No two pots will ever be identical but that is an inherent part of the charm of a product that is not mass produced.
- We are very selective about the pots we send and will always make sure to pick you the best pots we have to offer. We will contact you if we do not think a pot is up to standard to send.
