Description
Japanese Maple 'Metamorphosa' is a deciduous ornamental and compact acer which produces bright yellow leaves in spring with a reddish-pink edge then maturing to a light green with pale pink edge and eventually a white edge as summer progresses. The foliage then turns an orange-red in late summer before turning red-violet in the autumn.
These fully hardy trees are excellent for sheltered areas of the garden.
