Description
These are pot grown Norway Spruce trees meaning they are grown in their pots from seed. This makes them a fully fledged plant with a full ball of roots giving them the best chance of survival in your garden if planted unlike potted trees which are ripped out the ground and placed in a pot with minimal roots.
Norway Spruce
The Norway Spruce is a fast-growing evergreen conifer tree which can grow up to 40m and live for up to 1,000 years. They are very tall and straight and naturally grow into a triangular shape. They are the original Christmas tree before the introduction of the Nordmann Fir tree. They have a very rich and sweet smell to them!
As these are a natural product, please allow for some variation in height and shape!
Care Guide
Norway Spruce trees are very easy to keep throughout the year.
If grown from a pot: Regular watering especially on hotter days is advised as well as re-potting into a multi purpose compost and top soil mix. Feed throughout the year with all purpose feed granulated or liquid.
If grown from the ground: Once established these trees should take care of themselves however in the mean time treat it like it's grown in a pot with regular watering during hotter months of the year and feeding throughout the year.
