Fragile Ceramic Pot Shipping Only:

£9.99 Per Pot.

Shipping will cost this amount per pot as we package each pot individually in most cases with excess packaging to ensure no damage comes to your fragile ceramic pot during transit.

If you are ordering for local delivery then delivery will be based on local delivery price.

Fragile Shipping Explained Further:

We package our ceramic pots & glass with as much packaging as we can in order to avoid damage in transit. Due to the weight of most pots & packaging, we must charge an appropriate amount to cover the cost of organising a 'fragile' delivery. Most courier services offer shipping based on weight which is exactly how we frame our delivery costs.

Costs involved when shipping a fragile item (Ceramic pots):

Shipping box, tape, excess bubble wrap + buffer packaging for extra protection, Shopify payment percentage charge (2%+25p!), time taken to wrap, pack & arrange a courier collection as well as cost of courier collection.

We aim to offer this service as competitively as possible but we would just like to make you aware of the costs involved when it comes to packaging a fragile item. Thank you for understanding.

Collection & Shipping Times

All items ordered via nationwide shipping are picked and packed as swiftly as we can. From the moment you place your order to when we have picked and packed and arranged a courier is usually about 1 day to organise amongst us. A courier will collect your parcel the next day after being arranged to collect. Shipping is usually a standard 2-4 working days depending on when you order.

Nationwide Pallet Shipping

Pallet shipping is not like standard shipping. Pallet delivery will arrive in a large 18 ton, 35ft lorry and is strictly kerbside. At point of delivery it is imperative that you inspect your items before the driver leaves. We will always ensure that the items you ordered arrive undamaged however what happens within the courier delivery is out of our control. This means that you must inspect your items on delivery. If you find any significant damage to your item/s please inform the driver that you will be rejecting the delivery and do not sign to accept the goods.

If you accept faulty goods and do not follow the above requirements and wish to return the items after the driver has left a return fee of £150 will occur.

Please ensure someone is at the property to receive & inspect the goods on your delivery day.

If there is no one at the property to check, receive and sign for the order, this will result in a re-delivery charge of £150.

All items delivered by pallet will require a hard flat ground for unloading by the courier.

Pallet access to property: It is your responsibility to ensure that there will be clear access to your property for unloading. All items delivered by pallet will require a hard and flat ground to be unloaded by the courier. Once unloaded, you are then responsible for your items thereafter.

If you have any questions about getting a pallet delivered, please contact us on 07535 413 113

Olive Number 003 - Individually tagged with a unique number so you will get the exact tree shown!

Olives trees or 'Olea Europea' are evergreen trees that will add a Mediterranean touch to the garden. These exotic looking trees make an excellent addition to any garden, thriving in well drained soil as in a full sun and south facing garden. These trees can be grown in pots or straight in the ground and may even produce fruit in more mild regions and warm summers in the UK.

Olive trees have always made an attractive addition to the garden and these are no exception. Lush green foliage, a thick and hardy trunk, olive trees are some of the best trees to plant which will thrive well in UK gardens.

    Flowering Time:

    Summer - Small white flowers.

    Positioning & Care:

Full sun position (South Facing Ideally) but can be grown in a more sheltered area of the garden. Water sparingly if not at all throughout winter but occasionally during the heat of summer and its growing period.

If you have a protected city garden or live in a mild area, olives can be grown outdoors as long as you give them a sunny position and plant them in well-drained soil - for example, against a warm wall would be ideal.

Once established they are extremely drought-tolerant, but plants will do better if watered regularly in dry spells during the growing season. To encourage strong growth, it’s a good idea to feed each spring with a general fertiliser.

Olives naturally shed their older leaves in spring (April in the UK) as new growth begins.

    Growing Size:

    Max height: 4-8m - Max Spread: 1.5-2.5m

    Growing Habit:

Slow growing commonly with one trunk. Tree like in growth a bushy head at the end of the trunk branching out and covered in smaller green leaves.

    Additional Information:

Hardy down to around -10 degrees or lower. Grow in well drained fertile soil for best growing results. Producing small white flowers during the summer months and can bare fruit in favourable UK conditions.
